Registration
All attendees, including invited speakers and accompanying guests, must register. Each registered participant will receive a conference bag and materials, a name badge securing admission to the Opening Reception, the Exhibit Show and Scientific Sessions. The Guest registration does not allow entry into the scientific sessions. It does allow entry to the Opening Reception, Exhibit Show and the Guest Get Together on Sunday morning. Workshop attendees may pick up their registration materials on Friday, May 30th, 6:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. in the Knoxville Convention Center. Registration will reopen on Saturday, May 31st at 7:30a.m. Participants with special needs arising from disabilities are invited to contact the Registration Office to discuss appropriate accommodations.

The registration form must be postmarked before April 4, 2008, to be eligible for the advance registration rate. After April 3, registrations will be accepted at the higher rate. Fees for workshops, banquet, YSSIG Mixer and Mentor/Mentee Dinner are separate from the registration fee but should be included in the total payment. Purchase orders will not be accepted. Only U.S. checks, VISA, MasterCard or American Express payments will be accepted. * The nonmember registration fee includes a complimentary membership to the Association for 2008. Those registering as nonmember post docs or nonmember students must include documentation of this status with registration form.
Travel Grants
Limited funds will be available to help students and young scientists in attending the 2008 Meeting by contributing toward travel and related expenses. Preference will be given to those presenting a paper. Interested parties should submit this application form and required paperwork before December 31, 2007.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refunds should be made in writing to ACA Headquarters. For cancellations received before April 4, 2008, 100% of the total remittance will be refunded. Written requests received between April 5 through April 30, 2008, will be honored minus 50% of the total remittance. Fees will not be refunded after May 1, 2008 but please let us know if you are unable to attend.
