Registration

Registration for WINS 2009 has been closed. Questions may be addressed to Mark Hagen or Lori Frye.

For those who have registered, acknowledgement of your registration would have been sent by e-mail within 2 business days, along with information on the poster presentation formats for WINS 2009.

The registration fee for WINS 2009 is $140 which includes workshop organization costs plus

• Lunch on Friday, 1st May and Saturday, 2nd May
• Refreshment breaks
• Transportation on Saturday afternoon between Oak Ridge and Knoxville, as well as transportation for an optional tour of the Spallation Neutron Source on Saturday afternoon.

The registration fee is payable by cash or credit card at the WINS 2009 registration desk in the Pollard Conference Center on Friday 1st May (please note no pre-payment is required).

Workshop Banquet

An optional Workshop Banquet has been arranged for WINS 2009 at the Doubletree Hotel, Oak Ridge on the evening of Friday, 1st May. The cost for the Banquet is $40 which is payable by cash or credit card at the WINS 2009 registration desk in the Pollard Conference Center on Friday, 1st May (please note no pre-payment is required). If you wish to attend the Workshop Banquet please indicate this on the Registration Information Form.
