Logistics, Hotel and Transportation

The 7th Annual Ser-Cat Symposium will occur on March 19th on this date buses will depart from the conference hotel (The Doubletree) for the Spallation Neutron Source all attendees are encouraged to use this free transportation. After the conference dinner on March the 19th buses will return attendees to the conference hotel.

Registered attendees may also opt to drive into Oak Ridge National Laboratory however please be aware a valid US Driver license will be required for site access along with conference registration before March 4th. It will NOT be possible to register on the day of the conference.

The conference hotel is the doubletree hotel in Oak Ridge please use the code SER when booking accommodation to ensure getting a reduced rate.
