Feb. 7 –March 4, 2005
Exhibit registration. Upon receipt of your registration, we will assign your booth. Booth assignment is definitive only after receipt of payment.
March 4, 2005
Deadline for reservation of booths to secure publication in the conference program. The name(s) of the person(s) responsible for the exhibit and representing the company at the conference should be provided to PAC05 for inclusion in the list of participants.

Deadline for shipping materials to the Convention Center. For exhibitors from overseas: please ship exhibition material to Knoxville. Shipping address, forwarder, shipping agency, etc., will be available soon.
May 15, 2005
Exhibitors should set up their displays between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. The conference registration desk will open at 5:00 p.m. All conference participants, as well as media, have free access to the exhibition from then on, but the exhibition area will be locked and secured at night.
May 19, 2005
Exhibitors should remove their displays between 8:00 and
10:00 a.m.
