Go to the Integrated
Proposal Tracking System (IPTS) web
page.
This page contains information
about safety and publication policies,
as well as information about user
agreements. You must click
on the button labeled I
Agree with These Conditions to
enter the IPTS.
If you have never used the IPTS
before you must click the button
labeled Register in XCAMS. You
will get a log in window.
If you are an Oak Ridge National
Laboratory employee you can enter
your UCAMS log in information here. All
other users must click the Need
an Account? link. You
will be taken through the process
of requesting an XCAMS account. After
entering the required information,
within 5-10 minutes you will receive
an e-mail with your username and
password, and then another e-mail
asking you to log-in to synchronize
your password with the IPTS.
Once you are registered go to
the IPTS web page (use the URL
above), click I Agree with
These Conditions again
and then log in to the system by
clicking the button labeled Login
to IPTS. Once you
have access to the system, HELP
will be provided on each page as
you enter the required information
into the proposal system. If
