Chemical and Engineering Materials Division, Neutron Science Directorate,
Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN
Clifford G. Shull Fellow, From Feb, 2015 to present
As an independent researcher, I am aiming to understand the formation mechanism and solution/solid state dynamics of molecular clusters by using neutron scattering and trying to design novel molecular clusters for structural and functionality study. I am also interested in developing self-assembly strategy to build materials from single molecular clusters.

The University of Akron, Department of Polymer Science, Akron, OH
Postdoc Research Fellow, from June, 2013 to Feb. 2015
Advisor: Prof. Dr. Tianbo Liu
Conducting investigation in the self-assembly of quantum dots, fullerene-based macroions, and designing polyoxometalate-organic hybrid for catalytic purpose.

Lehigh University, Department of Chemistry, Bethlehem, PA

Major Research Project:
1, Self-recognition of chiral polyoxometalates and rod-like polyoxometalates in their self-assembly proces
2, Express and purify HBV capsid proteins and study the counterion distribution around capsid proteins
3, Self-assembly and catalytic behavior of surfactant with POMs as polar head groups
4, Synthesis and catalytic behavior of polyoxometalates-containing polymer beads
