I really enjoy my present position. I have much autonomy to handle the day to day work and if I need support, I only need ask. There are many facets to PPS with so many things happening that no one person could possibly handle it all. PPS at the SNS is crucial for day to day activities in the SNS accelerator and instrument hall to run safely.
What is important for success in one position may not be so in another. But, the most important thing is to build good working relationships. Every job can be made easier and quicker with good relationships."
