  • Proteins were expressed and purified in ORNL’s Bio-Deuteration lab Bio-SANS measured proteins in their oxidized and reduced states without perturbing their redox state
  • A novel genetic algorithm with MD simulations (BilboMD) was developed to select ETF conformations using SANS constraints
