HFIR General Chemistry Laboratory
The HFIR General Chemistry Laboratory is located in the Cold Guide Hall at the High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR). This lab provides spacious benchtop work space and offers various commonly used consumables and supplies, common equipment, including centrifuges, vortex, balance, waterbath, ice machine, microscope, fume hood, MBRAUN glove box with helium atmospheres, ovens, refrigerator, -20°C freezer, -80°C freezer, lyophilizer, and other equipment to support sample preparation.
